All raw materials are regularly tested and sourced from reliable suppliers and vendors. Furthermore, Zen Global is aware of changing trends and adapts to the resulting traceability requirements accordingly.

Before delivery, all our products undergo a rigorous testing process in the following areas:

● Source: All hoses we produce are tested for weld strength to prevent future problems caused by weak welds. In addition, our hoses have passed every modern test.

● Leak/Burst Test: The diameters (both inner and outer), wall thicknesses, and pitch widths of the hoses are measured and then sent for Helium Leak Tests and Burst Tests.

● Pressure Test: Hydraulic pressure has passed every modern test. Therefore, it is ideal for delivery.
